Renting the Grange
Upstairs Hall (W/O Kitchen) $150 for groups under 50 people and $300 groups over 50 people
Downstairs Hall (W/O Kitchen) $100 for groups under 50 people and $200 groups over 50 people
(W/Kitchen) $150 for groups under 50 people and $300 for groups over 50 people
Deposit is $200.00 for non-alcohol and must have proof of insurance and have LB Grange #667 as added insured.
If alcohol involved the deposit is $500 and must have proof of current licenses and liquor liability insurance and include LB Grange #667 as added insured. Non-Profit organizations are taken into account on a case by case basis and generally have lower rental fees.
All renters are required to sign a rental agreement, provide proper required documents and fill out a rental information form.
